How to compose a letter of complaint

  1. Tell them what is wrong. Be factual
  2. Tell them what you want done. Repairs? A refund?
  3. Tell them when you want it done. Give a firm date
  4. Tell them what do do if they do not comply. Be clear

If you follow these steps with just these details and no emotion, chances are you will be successful.
