Ray made me a wonderful Raydori to use as I tiptoe into the waters of another planner/notebook/journal/wallet pond. Isn’t it lovely?
Less than a week passed from when I contacted Ray to ask about it to when it arrived. The price was fantastic, the free worldwide shipping was generous in the extreme and the inserts were unexpected. Thank you very much Ray. You brightened up my very sucky day!
Because of the nature of my job I cannot see myself giving up ring bound organizers (though never say never) but for my travelling this is absolutely perfect. When I travel, I am in a place for up to two months at a time. So I need a small diary, place to store receipts and notes for when I get home, boarding passes, bookings and mementoes. I like the fact that there are no rights or wrongs – you just let it develop organically according to your needs and tastes – and that you don’t have to be precious about scuffs, scratches, bumps and scrapes.
I have written about Ray’s website before but he has fantastic inserts, refills and tutorials for Midori here . Where so many people try to make money out of things and not give you any time or make any effort unless they stand to gain from it, it is so nice that people like Ray exist.
