Our cherry trees look beautiful both in the spring and in the autumn. The blossoms and autum n leaves seem to *glow*

This is one of the most beautiful receptions I have been in. And the service is amazing. I deal with at least five receptionists and receptions each day, and it is so wonderful when they are welcoming and gracious to everyone. I have a couple of favourites because they are so nice.

A gluten-free cafe in the centre of town. I am not sure how big their customer base is, but I have a friend with gluten intolerance, and she finds it very hard to find good gluten-free options at regular cafés and restaurants.

I reacted to this gorgeous picture in the window of Rituals today. I loved how her skirt matched the cherry blossoms. I did wonder though why they did not take the opportunity to celebrate the gorgeous colours and scents of autumn. I really find comfort in cosy bath and shower products in autumn and winter, particularly in Sweden.

This was a blast from the past in a vintage shop – I have never seen one with a television before!

The gluten free shop is a very well known brand in Germany! They have plenty of lovely products in my local supermarket. All my life, I had never had any problems with gluten but ever since perimenopause has hit, I balloon and look like I’m 18 months pregnant whenever I eat one cookie… Some perimenopause groups suggested to stop eating gluten and I can see that it works! I still have the odd cookie when I don’t have to go anywhere and put on my old maternity outfits in order to look decent!…
One of our friends is gluten intolerant and my husband loves cooking, so he has developed gluten-free versions of all his recipes. His gluten-free scones are amazing!
