Red, white, blue and grey minds

This week I have learned three new things.

Red Mind is the is a mind affected by chronic stress, anxiety, anger, despair and the high speed of today’s society.  We are connected 24/7. Maybe we feel anxious and uncertain.

Blue Mind is water-associated peace. We are calmed by the soothing aspects of water. From a relaxing bath to float therapy to sitting on a beach watching the waves.

Grey Mind – burnout, stress, depression

  1. My favourite memories have always been when watching water, sea (at St. Andrews, Leven, Kirkcaldy, Tynemouth and North (or South) Shields. I have tried to live near the coast but haven’t always managed it but the Forth, Tyne and Medway have been good substitutes for the raging sea.

  2. Interesting – now it makes sense why my favorite color is blue.

In addition, where I used to work there was a large water structure feature near the front of the building, and I would always go there and read my newspaper during lunch. I would definitely say that I’m drawn to water.

    1. I had never thought about it but navy and marine blue are my favourites. I love the water and have always tried to live near it. I grew up by the sea and waves are so calming to me. Interesting how that works, isn’t it?
