Woostershire sauce. Easy when you know how to pronounce the difficult words like Auchtermuchty (Och-ter-mukty) and Menzies (Minghus).
Worcestershireis pronounced WOOS-tuh-sher. My favourite is Cholmondeley, which is pronounced Chumley.
