My husband gave me a Tiffany bracelet last year for my 50th birthday and every time he goes to New York he gets me a charm. I have always wanted something from Tiffany and the charms and bracelets in sterling silver are the most inexpensive.
The charms fasten by a jump ring or a lobster clasp but they will also solder them on for you in the shop. This is the safest option but also permanent so you do not have the option of swapping charms around.
I have at the moment a disk charms plus a lockable padlock and a heart. The heart disk is soldered on, the round disk has a lobster clasp and the packlock locks and unlocks.
You can of course add other types of charms to this bracelet. Bear in mind though that one like the one I have has very heavy thick links so tiny clasps may not fit.
