How I store my handbags

I have been asked by a few of my readers how I store my handbags. Here you go! Apart from these I have storage in a spare room/office and a walk-in closet.

How many of my handbags and Filofaxes can you recognize? I have three of these shelving units which take up one entire wall of the bedroom.

An antique chest of drawers handmade by my German grandfather in about 1920. It holds all my flat bags. The smaller drawers hold purses, wallets, straps, makeup bags.
There are also bags in the lower part of this shelving unit but they are covered with doors. You can also see at least four Filofaxes in this picture!
This is an EXPEDIT shelf from Ikea. It makes everything I wear easily seen and is very versatile. I have bags on it, in it and on hooks on the side of it! The blank ‘hole’ is where my cats launch themselves onto the bed! The white door at the bottom also holds handbags (my three Chloe Elvire bags and my Mulberry Roxanne are among them)
A corduroy multi pocket Di and Glynnie bag hangs on a hook on the wall, while my Anuschka fairy bag and my two Vanilla Paris bags are on top of the magazine rack.
