On the left is my Louis Vuitton A5 notebook which I am using for itineraries and lists. It has a closure and is thin, light and durable. The only thing I am missing about this one is a pen loop. I generally stick tickets, receipts, tickets etc in my travel notebooks so it forms a kind of scrapbook. My lists are
- Packing
- Presents (this is so I do not forget to buy or gift something, which has happened before)
- To Buy (sometimes my family does some shopping for me beforehand because things sell out in the summer sales)
- To Do (doctor, dentist, hair, visits
To Eat (I list all my favourites that you cannot find in Sweden so I can be sure to eat my fill before leaving!)
On the right is my Filofax Tan Belmont in pocket size. I am not taking my bigger Van Der Spek pocket binder as that is much bulkier, and weight makes such a difference on a long trip. All it contains is my work calendar.
