South America’s second longest river, the Paraná, which has a length of 4,880 kilometers, flows through three countries: Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. 4,880 kilometers is no short distance – it gives plenty of opportunities for discovering amazing things. In the case of the Paraná, one of the most exciting discoveries was made at its delta: an island 120 meters in diameter, almost completely circular in shape, and floating freely on its axis.

“As l was pulling my lure from the fish to release back into the water, l noticed two little eyes looking back at me from inside the fish’s mouth. After capturing this picture, the little green tree frog leaped straight past my head onto the nearest tree.
It was one of the coolest things l have seen in my life. This is one lucky frog !”🐸

If you are interested in reading more about the absolute magnificence of nature, I recommend Hasan Jasim. and David Attenborough fans. However, if you are soft-hearted and find sad stories too much for you, this may not be the site for you as there are some of those featured. Almost all of them have happy endings though, so that is a big plus.
