The other day we went to a local pub. It was a small, shabby pub and I avoided going to the loo as long as possible because, for some reason, I imagined it would be less than delightful.
When I went in though – look at this!!
There was an ashtray in one of the armrests and you pulled the ball on the one side to flush. Long time since I have actually literally ‘pulled the chain’!
