Because of my job I usually wear plain clothes (nothing frilly) in black or neutrals such as grey. Any colour is added by my accessories (bags, belts, jewellery).
Sometimes though, particularly in spring or summer, I feel the need for a pop of colour. For these splashes of colour I usually wear Odd Molly or Ivko which are strong but flatter my shape and colouring.
I went through a stage in my early twenties where all I wore were Indian silk shirts, skirts and dresses. The kind with little bells on them. Since then I have not been able to face wearing anything like that again but I like these. They are quite pricey but my local store has them on 70% discount twice a year and I usually buy a few pieces at each sale.
