By request – Samsonite Laptop Bag

In my comments the other day someone asked what I use to carry my computer.

I have two computers – an HP PC which is a bit heavier than my 15 inch MacBook Pro. I am more inclined to carry my mac just in a normal structured bag where it can’t move around, but I always carry my PC in my laptop bag.

Before I gave it away, this Lin and Leo bag used to hold my laptop.

Now I have a khaki nylon Samsonite laptop bag with orange lining. It has a padded shoulder strap, two backpack straps and two short handles for carrying it in the hand. There are velcro and zipper fastening pockets which hold each of these options when you are not using them. If you so wish you can conceal all the handles so that you can carry the bag under your arm or pack it into a cabin bag. It is also expandable.

Orange lining. I love it!
You can see the loops for the various carrying options. The backpack straps zip into the pocket visible on the right hand side of the photograph. At the top of the panel is a concealed zip which holds the padded shoulder strap.

The backpack straps out of their little pocket. They clip into the D-rings in the corners. Excuse the knee!
Outside pocket with pen loops
With the padded shoulder strap. This strap stays in its small pocket when not in use.
Showing shoulder strap – also removable. It has its own little zippered pocket where it is stored when not in use.

I don’t normally like these kinds of bags. But I really like this one. I have, believe it or not, considered using it as a handbag. And coming from me, that is high praise indeed.
