If you are unfamiliar with the story – Missy was abandoned by her owner 14 000ft up Mt Bierstadt in Colorado. Eight days later she was rescued by 8 kind men who had seen her photo on the internet and felt that they could not let her die.
It really is a story to warm your heart and restore your faith in human nature.
The photo attachment is large but that way you can see how perilous the terrain is, and see how they are transporting her in a backpack – all 100 pounds of her! And you can see how trusting she is.
