I had had my previous blog theme since 2013. For a while now I have felt like a new theme. Something crisper and cleaner, more magazine-y.
I personally hate it whenever an application changes appearance. I am not a fan of change in electronic design – whether it is an operating system, Facebook or my banking app. I know that within a week or so I will have forgotten how the previous version looked, but I still battle with that transition period.
I have tried to keep all the functions of the previous layout in this new one, but offer a cleaner reading experience.
Please let me know what you think. I can move things around in this design, or I can change back to the old one. My readers aka friends, always come first!

I like it very much too! I only would like to “go home” when I click on the banner as before, I haven’t find how to do this on the new design. I am very happy that you do this blog, I am sad that plenty of those I read before have diseappered…
Thank you for that Sophie! Yes it is sad that blogging is dying out little by little as people move to Instagram and YouTube. I like to read rather than watch videos and I know others do too. In this theme I could not change the header to be clickable but I did add a home button right below. Hope that helps!

This new theme is so fresh and clean! I love it! Of course, I also enjoyed the old one, so maybe I just like coming here, no matter what? But the new theme is a great choice!
