Fortunately names that don’t translate well do not all have a sexual translation! It seems that there is a tendency to only pick up those names but there are hundreds others. To be honest I am not shocked by the fact that names, once translated, means something weird in a different language. A name, even a product name, is not meant to be translated so I don’t even try to though I’m a professional translator.
