I wrote recently about Dean and Nala, who travel the world together on a bicycle. I have followed their travels since Nala desperately chased after Dean in Bosnia when she was an abandoned, starving kitten. You can see she absolutely loves seeing the world pass by around her, and they adore each other. I follow them like a worried mother hen every day, loving the updates and all the fans they meet along the way. Dean rescues other animals and donates to charities as he travels.

These animals may not be living the conventional pet life, but they have lots of love and time with their owners, they have loads of fresh air, exercise and good foord, and most of them would have died if they had not been rescued.
