The last few weeks we have been travelling to classic car shows around the county. I absolutely love old cars – my second dad was a serious car collector – so it is lovely to see such lovingly restored old beauties. Rather strange though, to see cars I grew up with now being vintage!
I used to have a dark blue 1973 Lancia Fulvia Sport, and have been searching for one of them at these shows. Lots of Alfa Romeos that look very similar, but no Fulvia in sight.
Here are some cars from our travels these last weeks. At one of the shows we attended a few weeks ago, one of prizes for restoration was awarded to a 15 year-old. So heartening to know these cars will be in loving hands for years to come.
