There is an adverb used to indicate a place, particularly that place which is away from you, as opposed to here, which is a place nearer to you.
Their is a possessive pronoun with a totally different meaning, of indicating the possessive aspect of some persons.
The possessive aspect of some persons or some things (objects, countries, notions etc…)
