Flying Tiger Traveler’s Notebooks

I am in the good (bad?) position of having a Flying Tiger store right next to where I get off the underground and onto the bus every day. If I have a few minutes to wait for the bus I wander around Flying Tiger and always find something nice. Because it is so cheap (most items are around $1 or $2) I often end up buying something – cat toys, cards, shower caps, plasters…. They always have interesting notebooks and other stationery items.

Yesterday I noticed that they had three new colourways of their in-house TNs. I have featured some of the previous ones in other blog posts , but I think these latest editions are the nicest *by far*. I love the blue and pink misty/cloudy version but my favourite is the honeycomb pattern. At only about €2, these are ideal if you are just starting out and want to see if traveler’s notebooks are for you, if you are travelling or doing something where you need something less precious and more disposable than an expensive leather cover, or if you prefer things that are not leather.

They have matching pencils
Some of the covers were sold out but you can see from the matching pencils that the cloudy/misty patterns come in green, blue and pink.

  1. Flying tiger should pay you for the marketing, at least give you some free TNs! 😀 I went to my tiger store in Uppsala and bought the honeycomb one after I read you last article. Now I’m afraid I have to go back for the misty pink one! Do they have any inserts in Regular size right now? I just bought a TN from Spekled Fawns in Standard size.

    1. I didn’t see any RS ones in my local store – I hope they bring those back because I only bought 2 and I have finished one already. I love the misty blue one <3
