Beautiful gift part 2

This was the second part of my HUGE gift from DannyL. When I opened it I burst into tears. I have had a hard time of it lately with my health, a loved one battling cancer, and also not getting a job I REALLY had my heart set on, so this made me feel human again.

I have long admired Patricia Nash from afar as they are not available in Europe. I have never seen or felt any of their bags or stationery.

Well…..DannyL sent me an entire set. Can you believe that? I was awed at her generosity.

First was a big tote, lined in brown suede. It has handles and a shoulder strap, three pockets inside and one outside.

Then a gorgeous GORGEOUS notebook and cover. Gorgeous cream lined paper and the leather is amazing!

Then a gorgeous A5 ring binder in the same pattern. It takes Eurotime inserts which are the slightly narrower ones.

And then the wallet. Again in the amazing leather, with place for credit cards, coins and notes. It also has an external slip pocket. It also fits a passport so this would be ideal for travelling.

This was the most amazing gift ever – and a total surprise. DannyL you will never know what a difference you made to my entire year. I am so so thrilled!

  1. Wow, these are lovely & what a kind & generous gift!
Sorry to hear that you’ve been having health issues & hoping that you’re back to 100% soon.

  2. Oh-my, that’s a generous gift indeed. In all honesty I laughed when I saw the Stimorol pack, it brought back so many memories from school!

Narrowed lines are my favourite in notebooks, but sadly I have big trouble finding them, at least in physical stores, here in Greece. My handwriting must be smaller than most LOL.

Take care, hang on. Usually crap comes in a big pile to torture us, BUT it inevitably goes away and then we feel better than ever.

    1. May was a month I was dreading for all kinds of reasons but it is over now and hopefully smooth sailing is ahead! PS I love my Stimorol! It clears my head!
