I have written about bad slogans, logos and packaging many times before. Yes they are hilarious and in many cases (for example restaurants), they can result in free publicity and increased sales.
For example in my small South African town we had a travel agency named Tom Tits, a restaurant named The Cock House and a second hand furniture shop called The Knock Shop. People found it quaint.
But when it comes to political parties, laughter, derision and mockery is not what you want, surely? So what on earth was the agency who created the new logo (at huge expense) for the Swedish Liberal party thinking?

In this case I definitely don’t think all publicity is good publicity. I cannot wait for election time when all the posters are out. Imagine all the ‘detailing’ that will be done with permanent markers!
What on earth was the agency that create a logo for this political party thinking? Did they not ask anyone their opinion? The public immediately saw that it resembled a giant white penis. Why did the people who are paid to do this for a living not see it?
Maybe they did see it and that is the point!! No pun intended LOL
