My favourite Mulberry handbag styles

I am a big fan of the Mulberry period that came just after the Mulberry Roxy (as it was known then, before Roxy Quiksilver disputed the name). The leather and the styles were the best they ever made, in my opinion. This period would be probably from about 2003 about five years forward. I really miss Darwin leather and those iconic styles.

My favourites are the Mulberry Luella Giselle (designed by Stuart Vevers and Luella Bartley in 2002), closely followed by the Bayswater (designed by Nicholas Knightly in 2003) and the Roxanne (also designed by Knightly).

Other ones I love are the Jacquetta, Annie, Phoebe, Emmy and Elgin. I loved the colour ‘Ginger’ but my favourite is still the Oak.

Other ones I loved were the Romilly (a huge Roxanne), the Rosemary (small Roxanne with a shoulder strap), the Ledbury (small Bayswater) and the Piccadilly (huge Bayswater)
